Makala Mboa e.V. in Dialogue with the City of Ludwigshafen
Ludwigshafen, 3 September 2026. A delegation from Makala Mboa e.V. met on Thursday with Ludwigshafen's Lord Mayor Prof. Dr. Klaus Blettner as part of a citizen dialogue organised by the city administration.
The discussion focused on integration, social participation and the role of civic associations in local community life. Makala Mboa e.V. also highlighted its contribution to promoting intercultural exchange and active participation in civic life.
The association expresses its sincere gratitude for the open, appreciative dialogue and the organisation of the meeting. Makala Mboa e.V. also reaffirmed its readiness to actively engage in future initiatives and projects with the City of Ludwigshafen.

Makala Mboa e.V. Raises Children's Awareness on Biodiversity Protection
Makala Mboa e.V. took children and parents on an educational trip to Heidelberg Zoo, raising awareness about biodiversity protection and the impact of plastic pollution on wildlife.
Vereint in Bewegung
Afrodance at the Sportpark am Südweststadion
Makala Mboa e.V. takes part in “Vereint in Bewegung”, the Rhineland-Palatinate initiative running from 1 April to 30 September 2026. Five open Afrodance sessions, free of charge and open to every generation.

Saveurs du Mboa — a journey into the flavours of Cameroon
On 2 May 2025, Makala Mboa e.V. celebrated the richness of Cameroonian cuisine — Ndolé, Eru, grilled specialties, plantain and cassava chips, and natural juices such as bissap and ginger, presented by Corinne Josiane.
The event brought many participants together in a warm, festive atmosphere with live music from a DJ. We warmly thank Corinne Josiane, all participants, volunteers and supporters for making this cultural and culinary celebration such a success.
